Your tasks:

  • Maintain and improve an effective business change management process
  • Balance the amount of governance necessary for an effective change risk management with the target to reduce time to market
  • Act as quality gate for business requirements, with a keen eye on cost/ benefit analysis
  • Be the connecting link between business and IT
  • Work closely together with 3rd party suppliers throughout the full change lifecycle
  • Support and influence the agile transformation process
  • Set and prepare the agenda for the Berlin Change Committee in close cooperation with Head of Change

Your knowlege/experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level of thinking
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management Lifecycle experience – preferably in a Banking environment and/or in a multi-national environment
  • Good understanding of change processes to identify smartest solutions to get things done (strategic priority assessments) while maintaining excellent stakeholder relations
  • Strong and precise communication skills (oral and written) – ability to convince stakeholders to move in desired direction
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Excellent business writing, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Able to quickly master new topics and work well under pressure
  • Ability to combine a collaborative way of working with constructive challenges to both IT and business
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to take the initiative
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, further PC & Internet research skills
