Your tasks:

  • Support:
    • in management of governance processes within the projects (e.g. change request, approvals, documentation)
    • individual work streams in reporting, risk management, planning , management of agreed scope and CRs to ensure group standards are applied
    • in management of project finances and later business case creation/portfolio management
    • in preparation and follow up of meetings with different stakeholders
    • in resource management (holiday planning etc.)
    • teams in their Task Management in JIRA
  • Create and maintain Confluence Pages to support documentation within the project  or team
  • Maintain project deliverables in project management tool

Your knowledge/experience:

  • At least three successfully completed semesters of a degree in IT/engineering, business studies or economics, preferably with modules in project management
  • Professional experience in relevant area would be preferred
  • Understanding of project management standards, processes and governance (with regards to Planning, Reporting, Finances, RAID Management and Change Requests). Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a strong plus
  • Good analytical skills is required
  • Excellent communication skills – fluency in English is required, German is a plus
  • Highly motivated, open and flexible for new and changing tasks
