Your tasks:

  • Preparing and processing of the Balance Sheet and P&L from Treasury Orcale source data and associated reporting activities of Lloyds Bank GmbH treasury
  • Responsible for a broad range of internal and external reporting processes involving consolidation systems / tools
  • Preparing and reviewing of General Ledger journals for BS / P&L
  • Delivering process enhancements for internal and external reporting to improve quality and efficiency
  • Business Partnering with Treasury Front Office on new initiatives and projects
  • Performing delivery of Treasury reporting for robust and timely regular monthly and ad-hoc internal / external financials
  • In charge of processing, implementation and enhancements of Financial Control activities in accordance with Group standards
  • Working with other team members locally and across Europe to deliver the required reporting outputs by building strong and effective relationships
  • Performing regular reviews of work with peers and Line Manager
  • Performing work in connection to finance projects that may impact local accounting / reporting
  • Delivering and driving finance related input to projects in relation to finance processes, e.g. support requirements gathering, implementation or testing

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Master degree with focus on IFRS / HGB accounting, audit and group accounting or equivalent
  • Several years of working experience in an accounting, audit or treasury accounting role
  • Experience of Treasury systems including Summit & Treasury Orcale
  • Experience & Understanding of Treasury Products including fixed income, derivatives and Money Markets.
  • Experience & Understanding of Treasury Functions including BSM, Capital and F&L
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Very good skills in Excel and Word
  • Ideally strong accounting software skills including Oracle Fusion / SAP / other consolidation systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English
