Your tasks:

  • Lead, motivate and develop the Business Development team members:
  • Ensure excellent learning, development and feedback culture within the team
  • Responsible for effective performance management and the appropriate skill-set
  • Responsible for optimal resource allocation and support with recruitment
  • Enable, support and monitor the implementation of initiatives, portfolio and backlog epics by developing business cases & cost-benefit-assessments
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to improve the operating model and track cost / benefits after implementation by using data driven analysis
  • Leadership responsibility for helping the business set up high quality, efficient business analysis processes
  • Build and continuously evolve the continuous improvement BAU framework in close collaboration with the Business Support teams and IT
  • Drive lean interventions to help shape efficient and where possible automated frontend and backend solutions
  • Play a vital role in the transformation of the business towards a more agile and efficient institution

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Educated to master degree level or equivalent plus several years of relevant work experience
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a variety of roles & heterogeneous tasks
  • Thorough understanding of the bank’s products, the banking environment and profound financial expertise
  • Data driven and flexible mind-set with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships; engage, operate and influence across organizational levels
  • Commercially aware, excellent stakeholder management skills and collaborative way of working
  • Excellent communication, business writing, presentation and influencing skills in both German and English
