Your tasks:

  • Identify and assess risks to ensure risk is well managed within the Bank’s risk appetite
  • Act as a source of professional expertise to mitigate the potential for risk - and ensure systems and processes are fit for purpose
  • Analyse and evaluate a range of  information to produce insightful analysis, recommendations and advice to influence decisions in relevant areas of the business
  • Design and execute controls and enhance existing processes and policies proactively
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to maximise personal effectiveness
  • Plan and execute agreed risk management projects to achieve continuous improvement
  • Advise colleagues of good practice in own area of expertise to  promote actions to mitigate and control risks

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Recognised Bachelor degree in economics/ mathematics or equivalent
  • First experience in a credit risk function a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Good information analysis/interpretation skills and PC literate (MS Office, SAS, SQL)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
