Your tasks:

  • Own the entire recruitment process for selected departments
  • Write and post job advertisements on the company website, relevant employment websites and other channels
  • Find innovative ways to source suitable candidates
  • Identify screening criteria, screen candidates and present a shortlist
  • Schedule interviews and organize assessments
  • Conduct interviews via MS Teams, telephone and/or face-to-face
  • Collect interview feedback from line managers and notify candidates of their status
  • Prepare the on-boarding process
  • Create great working relationships with agencies and other business partners
  • Ensure business representatives/stakeholders are briefed and receive all relevant information in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Ensure applicant tracking tools and systems are updated and comply with data protection legislation
  • Report to the local Head of HR and partner with the hiring managers/team leads

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Bachelors' degree or equivalent
  • Working experience within the field of recruitment and HR 
  • Preferably a knowledge of applicant tracking tools and workflow
  • Strong diplomacy and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
