Your tasks:

  • Responsible First Point of Contact for any change queries for your allocated department or BAU area of expertise
  • Take decisions on behalf of the BAU colleagues during the change/project management
  • Represent the Risk department for mid-level change initiatives
  • Support the change & project management in identifying correct BAU SME
  • Manage a seamless communication between the department and the transformation /project team
  • Contribute to the Change Management Governance
  • Keep up to date regarding processes, procedures or systems applied in your BAU area
  • Analyse and develop new practical solution approaches

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or comparable
  • Several years working experience within a Risk Management or Compliance function of a financial institution or in an audit or consultancy company for financial institutions
  • Advanced know-how of applicable legal and regulatory requirements including MaRisk as well as KWG and BAIT
  • Understanding of overall change processes
  • Comfortable to work within an agile working environment
  • Fluency in German and English
