Your tasks:

  • Plan, direct, drive and monitor traditional (waterfall) as well as agile projects from beginning to end adhering to quality standards and deadlines
  • Ensure work is completed within defined budget, time and quality constraints and in accordance with established processes, appropriate service standards, practices and procedures
  • Complete and maintain full and consistent project documentation
  • Plan, schedule and track project milestones
  • Effectively communicate project requirements and progress to team members, stakeholders and management in a timely and clear fashion
  • Analyse requirements and suggest continuous improvements to new and existing processes, procedures and systems in order to improve efficiency
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with external stakeholders

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Project Management Lifecycle experience – preferably in a Banking environment and/or in a multi-national environment
  • Experience in different project environments, driven by different methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall
  • Thorough understanding of an IT implementation lifecycle, including: requirements, development, SIT, UAT
  • Project Management certification is a plus – LBG Bronze + CAT rating, IPMA level C or above equivalent; PRINCE2 / PRINCE2 Agile
  • Very good MS office (incl. MS Project) and Jira/Confluence skills
  • Excellent English skills, German a plus
