Your tasks:

  • Implement appropriate support processes to manage issues, identify and mitigate risks, monitor dependencies and record assumptions, and ensure that the right level of quality is achieved in all feature team deliverables. If required, enforce governance processes to ensure audit compliance (i.e. PRIA)
  • Support feature teams in managing requests/deliverables across multiple teams
  • Align with initiatives and projects outside the transformation organisation. Manage 3rd party project plans in case they impact multiple feature teams
  • Support business cases, feasibility studies and 3rd party sourcing in terms of defining required deliverables & timelines
  • Support feature teams in removing impediments
  • Support PMO/PM team outside the transformation organisation
  • Take responsibility for self-development, actively seeking and providing feedback and responding accordingly
  • Timely and accurate completion of own project deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter measures

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent
  • Good communication style in English; excellent business writing, presentation and influencing skills
  • Good time management; delivery against agreed timescales and strategic escalation of issues as required
  • Good MS office skills consisting of Word, Excel and PowerPoint incl. MS Project
  • Flexible mind-set with good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships; engage and operate across organisational levels using stakeholder management skills and collaborative way of working
  • Self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented way of working with good prioritisation and planning skills
  • Dealing positively with unanticipated events, even under time pressure, and stay engaged and committed
  • Quality focus on work and deliverables with a keen eye for customer and colleague impact and ability to manage expectations
