Your tasks:

  • Ensure all business cases, project management reports and approval documentation are produced according to Group Standards
  • Use established project methodologies to control, log, manage and monitor project timescales, costs, risks, issues, milestones, change control, dependencies and benefits
  • Define and implement the overall planning approach, obtain acceptance and buy-in from all stakeholders and ensure detailed plans are in place to the right level of quality and that progress is monitored to project completion, providing guidance and coaching to colleagues as appropriate
  • Maintain financial oversight across projects and project portfolio and ensure delivery to cost and benefits case
  • Ensure the effective close down of programmes and projects and the capture of lessons learnt
  • Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders across Lloyds Bank GmbH and Lloyds Banking Group in the UK to influence required actions, meet project objectives and address risk, regulatory and financial issues
  • Manage, motivate and develop the assigned team members (when applicable) to create a high performing team
  • Positively influence others by demonstrating Group values and encourage this in peers and team members 

 

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Educated to Bachelor degree level or equivalent level of thinking
  • Proven organizational/planning skills with the ability to coordinate and manage complex projects and organize workloads in a structured way within tight deadlines
  • Business acumen to understand the cost impacts of decisions, spot cost saving opportunities and increase value and revenue generation
  • Ability to combine project management standards with a high paced change environment
  • Experience in project management disciplines, standards, processes and governance within a high pressure environment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver high quality reports and presentations to colleagues at all levels
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English is essential, German a strong plus
