Your tasks:

  • Manage the counterparty and credit assessment and approval process
  • Manage outsourced services in relation to the credit risk processes (workflow management, client and prospect data, monitoring information, credit risk models)
  • Own corporate lending credit risk appetite
  • Advice the Management Board on lending decisions
  • Liaise with internal and Group stakeholders on matters related to credit risk in the broad sense (onboarding process, monitoring process, commercial processes)
  • Monitoring of counterparties
  • Support new product approval processes for commercial customers
  • Education/sharing of knowledge with other key resources within the Bank

Your knowledge/experience:

  • University degree
  • Team player, with proven track record of liaising with first line colleagues in a constructive manner
  • Analytical skillset, able to work with data and present facts and opinions in comprehensible manner
  • Several years of experience in commercial lending, with a focus on credit risk management
  • Good understanding of prudential requirements (e.g. CRR, EBA Guidelines) regarding lending and monitoring processes
  • Good verbal and written English is a must, German a big plus
