Your tasks:

  • Lead the Centre of Expertise - a team of technical experts that supports the Feature Teams and Projects/Programmes in terms of providing expertise in solution design, IT analysis, IT/Change governance and testing
  • Line manage Agile Analysts and Software Engineers that are part of the Transformation Feature Teams; coach them in their career development, provide professional guidance and support
  • Support/conduct technical impact assessments for upcoming changes
  • Align on yearly objectives with stakeholders and support regular prioritisation of initiatives
  • Drive initiatives that are owned by the Centre of Expertise
  • Manage, motivate and develop the Centre of Expertise team
  • Ensure that the Centre of Expertise Team has the right capabilities and skills to support the Transformation department and Bankwide Projects/Programmes to deliver their goals
  • Demand & Resource management for the CoE Team in close cooperation with stakeholders (i.e. Product Owner, PMs, AE’s)
  • Provide expertise in terms of consulting, hands-on support if requested, and ongoing knowledge transfer
  • Support the Head of Transformation in all technical questions

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Master degree or equivalent and at least 5+ years working experience in an IT role in different organisational set ups
  • Experienced in people leadership
  • Passionate about Agile principles
  • Collaborative way of working with the ability to develop strong working relationships; to engage and operate across organisational levels
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Able to find creative solutions.
  • Fluency in English, German a strong plus
