Your tasks:

  • Proactive and reactive management of all third party suppliers involved in delivering IT Service, including incident, problem, change and service level management disciplines
  • Ensure that related Service Level/Operating Level targets and business expectations are met in The Netherlands and Germany
  • Work closely with various areas in the IT Team, such as Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations and Security as well as IT Governance and Compliance and ensure adherence to agreed IT Service processes/documentation
  • Increase efficiency and improve operational performance with no adverse impact for the Bank and fulfilment of regulatory requirements in the overall context of constantly driving forward IT Service improvements
  • Responsible for a broad range of IT processes and procedures in a multi supplier outsourcing mode

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Educated to bachelor degree level in computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • Good knowledge and/or work experiences in IT Service Management processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Release and/or Change Management
  • Knowledge of best practices and standards (for example ITIL)
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements (MARisk, BAIT)
  • Ability to analyse and understand different stakeholder’s requirements
  • Ability to abstract and drive a pragmatic approach
  • Strong communications skills in English. German and/or Dutch are a plus
