Your tasks:

  • Identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions to improve operational processes
  • Support the IT Engagement process which ensures the compliant implementation of new and changed technologies to the bank’s IT landscape in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk) and internal policies.
  • Work with colleagues across departments to confirm and analyse the implementation of new and changed technologies (with a special focus on cloud technologies and infrastructure management)
  • Manage requirements in technical projects and change initiatives (user stories, user acceptance criteria, epics, process maps, data mapping) in close collaboration with IT experts
  • Striving for continuous improvement of existing processes and practices.
  • Implementing, testing and support of technical solutions across the full delivery lifecycle
  • Working in a multi-supplier environment, vendors, managing across teams, and working directly with business

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Profound experience in the field of Business and IT Analysis
  • Project experience in different IT Projects (driven by different methodologies, e.g. Agile, Scrum; governance frameworks e.g. ITIL is a plus)
  • Experience in IT infrastructure management (i.e. cloud setup, traditional datacentre setup, outsourcing model)
  • Eagerness to be part of a team that drives innovation in the financial services sector paired with personal drive to explore new technologies and trends
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written business level English. German and / or Dutch is a plus
