Your tasks:

  • Conduct system analysis efforts for projects and initiatives, determining how changing business needs will affect the systems, products and processes
  • Define the application, system, and technical architectures for significant areas of development
  • Support the IT Engagement process which ensures the compliant implementation of new and changed technology to the bank’s IT landscape in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk) and internal policies
  • Close collaboration with different IT Experts from Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, IT Service Management and IT Compliance to analyse the implementation of new and changed technologies
  • Works with stakeholders to define and agree change outcomes to ensure projects stay on budget and are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Manage requirements and demand in projects and change initiatives (user stories, user acceptance criteria, epics, process maps, data mapping) in close collaboration with IT experts.
  • Work closely with product owners and suppliers
  • Demonstrates a transformation & continuous improvement culture based on the Lloyds Banking Group Values & Behaviours

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business studies and/or IT
  • First relevant work experience as IT / Business Analyst / IT Architect  
  • First experiences in the following areas is a plus: 
    • IT architecture, IT change management, IT service management and / or IT security
    • Implementing, testing and support of solutions across the full delivery lifecycle 
    • Working in a multi-supplier environment, vendors, managing across teams, and working directly with business
    • IT infrastructure management (i.e. cloud setup, traditional datacentre setup, outsourcing model)
    • Iterative development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)  
  • Knowledge of project management disciplines, standards, processes and governance, certified qualification an advantage
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with business stakeholders and key suppliers
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. German and / or Dutch is a plus
