Your tasks:
- Responsible for helping the business to set up high quality, efficient processes and operations solutions
- Providing both functional and technical expertise in solution development, enhancement and implementation
- Developing formal proposals for projects, conducting initial technical assessments, high level feasibility studies and contributing to the development of business cases
- Work with colleagues from other departments to confirm business objectives, capture business requirements and problems together with appropriate performance criteria and translate into functional and technical requirements
- Identify, evaluate and recommend possible technical solutions to improve processes and operations
- Support the implementation, testing and acceptance of new systems functionality into production environment
- Produce reports and presentations for key stakeholders
- As one of the project leads drive projects regarding functionality and quality and evaluate efforts and costs
- Work with functional and technical product owners to reach the objectives in a Scrum team
Your knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor in IT or equivalent working experience
- Profound experience in the field of Business and IT Analysis
- Project experience in different IT Projects (driven by different methodologies, e.g. Agile)
- Experience in Web Technologies (e.g. HTML, XML, Web services, etc.)
- Proven German and English communication skills
