Your tasks:
- Contribute to the assessment, design, testing and implementation of agreed solutions
- Use analysis to identify business needs and requirements
- Support the business by
- evaluating business ideas from a customer and commercial point of view
- validating requirements and proposed solutions with stakeholders
- ensuring consistent understanding of the proposed solutions
- translating business needs into objectives and requirements
- ensuring all communication between business and technical team members is clear, unambiguous and timely
- liaising with external suppliers for requirement clarification
- Ensure that support documentation and relevant knowledge transfer is available and up to date
Your knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in IT or the financial sector
- Practical experience of methodologies and techniques in Business and IT Analysis, functional and non-functional analysis, requirements elicitation, process modelling and user story definition
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in different project environments, driven by different methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall
- Experience in different technologies, e.g. object-oriented programming (Java, C, C# etc), relational databases, DevOps, testing frameworks
- Good knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, MS Visio
- Fluency in English, German a strong plus
