Your tasks:

  • Support the changes in the internal control environment
  • Support the review of the processes, risks and controls related to the usage of credit risk models
  • Work on projects related to credit risk processes and procedures,
  • Optimising and documenting processes by interactions with other lines of business
  • Take part in team meetings, discussions and the preparation of decision making within the Financial Risk Team (6 persons)
  • Support the set-up of the controls test cycle
  • Get an understanding of working process and organisational infrastructure in the financial services industry

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Education preferably in direction of accounting/auditing and controlling
  • Good understanding of internal control processes
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, including MS Visio
  • Mentality to get the job done as requested, while focusing on improving quality and efficiency of output
  • Open to learning new skills and insights into banking
  • Analytical skills, especially with regards to financial analysis
  • Excellent skills in communication (English and German, verbal and in writing).
  • Cross-cultural awareness and eagerness to work in an international environment
