Your tasks:
- Finance business partner support for loans to the local Executive team
- Understanding core financials of the business across P&L, Balance Sheet for secured and unsecured loans
- Prepare and develop financial plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring these align to strategic goals
- Ensure the maintenance of financial planning models
- Ensure the facilitation of communication between the local business, Finance and our UK office
- Performing ad hoc analysis and MI to support as well as influence strategic and operational business decisions
- Contributing to business case development, pricing and margin management strategies
- Ensure that finance acts as the first line of defence for reviewing credit performance and supporting implementation of new projects e.g. IFRS 9
Your knowledge/experience:
- Qualified Accountant, knowledge of IFRS accounting essential
- Bachelor degree and several years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of discounted financial cash flows and their financial modelling
- Commercial awareness of the market and industry environment
- Practical understanding of relevant financial systems and processes
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
