Your tasks:

  • Independent support of the main and sub ledger in the context of the monthly, quarter, and annual financial statements for a business unit
  • Providing accounting support (year end financial accountants) via shared service to other German business units within Lloyds Banking Group
  • Investigation, allocation and booking of standard business transactions in the main ledger (e.g. provisions, salary transactions, further calculations)
  • Allocation and booking of incoming invoices in the sub ledger as well as clarification of facts
  • Self-dependent conduct of payment transactions and supplier management
  • Monthly account statements and reconciliation between main ledger, sub ledgers and affiliates (parent and sister companies)
  • Cooperation with creditor, customer and asset accounting
  • Preparation of monthly financial control activities

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or business degree with focus on accounting or balancing
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting and balancing
  • Ideally ERP knowledge
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
