Your tasks:

  • Lead and manage Finance and Treasury projects
  • Ensure a proper representation of Finance and Treasury within business driven change projects
  • Manage relevant stakeholders and ensure good collaboration between multiple teams
  • Analyse and understand requirements to ensure relevant teams are involved and able to deliver
  • Prepare clear and simple input for proper priority setting
  • Enable and drive project communication within the Finance/Treasury teams and with relevant business areas
  • Formulate and manage a complex project plan that has dependencies to multiple other work streams
  • Track and challenge SMEs on the delivery of key milestones against the project plan

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in a BA position with a background or aspiration to work alongside a Finance / Accounting / Treasury team
  • Knowledge of the end to end process chain from source to Financial reporting (e.g. into the general ledger or into regulatory reporting)
  • Previous experience of managing the implementation of, or work within a project team to deliver transformation projects
  • Understanding of German regulatory reporting would be beneficial
  • Very high levels of stakeholder management and communication
  • Fluency in English – German a strong plus
