Your tasks:

  • Perform a key role in the delivery of a Lloyds Bank GmbH Pfandbrief Programme and be subject matter expert on Treasury related topics within the Pfandbrief Feature Team
  • Act as primary source of knowledge on Treasury topics within the Team
  • Support in delivery of all backlog items with a focus on items related to, setting up of a funding plan, delivery of the issuance programme, the issuer credit rating and covered bond rating
  • Act as main liaison between the team, Group Corporate Treasury (GCT) and the rating agency
  • Take informed decisions required for project delivery together with the team
  • Translate business needs into project scope, objectives, product vision and relevant backlog items
  • Plan, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for delivery of the project
  • Participate in all relevant meetings such as the sprint planning meeting, daily scrums, team discussions, impediment and risk identification
  • Identify any issues that may impact on delivery in advance and seek solution to rectify

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • Strong English skills in writing and speaking, German skills would be a significant advantage
  • Experience within a (bank) Treasury; general knowledge of Debt Capital Markets, rating agency methodologies,  Treasury operations, funding, financial planning
  • Dynamic and adaptable with ability to learn and use new skills and knowledge in varying circumstances
  • Clear verbal and written communicator
  • Highly collaborative across all disciplines within the Feature Team
