Your tasks:

  • Support the team in achieving its business targets and creating value for customers and the bank
  • Providing both functional and technical expertise in solution development, enhancement and implementation
  • Responsible for helping the business set up high quality, efficient processes and operations solutions
  • Conducting initial technical assessments, high level feasibility studies and contributing to the development of business cases
  • Have an agile mind set and work independently with colleagues from other departments to confirm business objectives, capture business requirements and problems together with appropriate performance criteria and translate into functional and technical requirements
  • Support the implementation, testing and acceptance of new systems functionality into production environment

Your knowledge/experience:

  • Bachelor in IT or Business Administration
  • Profound experience in the field of Business and IT Analysis
  • Experienced in different project methods (e.g. agile, waterfall)
  • Ability to evaluate and validate as well as to abstract lower level information
  • Requirement prioritisation, identification of risks and applying a creative approach to complex problem solving
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder
  • Previous knowledge in Banking Industry is a plus
  • Experience in Web Technologies (e.g. HTML, XML, Web services, etc.)
  • Programming experience (C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) is a plus
  • Proven German and English communication skills
