Your tasks:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting and analysis needs and appropriate business intelligence solutions from a central data warehouse
- Translate reporting needs into functional and technical requirements and manage them throughout their lifecycle
- Carry out impact assessments of source system changes or regulatory reporting landscape with effects on the data warehouse
- Supporting the Product Owner with the definition of work packages of BI projects and clarification of details requirements with input from stakeholders and technical architects
- Work closely with BI developers in different locations
- Take responsibility and ensure delivery of the proposed solutions
- Ensure adherence to development standards and processes within Lloyds Bank NL and Lloyds Banking Group
Your knowledge/experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business studies and/or IT
- Proven work experience as a BA or in a BI/ Reporting/ IT environment
- Experience with analytics and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise
- Functional understanding of data warehousing
- Ability to develop strong working relationships and work collaboratively across organizational levels
- Excellent business writing, presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience with SQL queries and PowerBI is a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
